Food Book Feast is dedicated to covering both fiction and non-fiction titles with a food-related theme. This includes academic works such as history and cultural theory, as well as cookbooks, children’s books, and all genres of food-themed fiction. We do not cover diet books.
We do NOT charge for reviews, and we will consider work from micro-imprints and self-published authors as long as the work is professionally edited and available for sale online.
We regret that, due to volume, we cannot review all books submitted to us, and we are unable to supply status reports on books in our queue for review.
Our preference for review copies is as follows:
- text-based books should be in a digital format (epub, mobi) whenever possible
- glossy books with photos (cookbooks, etc.) may be either in pdf or print format
Any print copies of books received will not be returned but may be used for in-house contests and promotion.
Reviews will be posted to Food Book Feast either as a feature review or as part of a round-up of similarly-themed titles. This is at the discretion of Food Book Feast writers and editors. Links to reviews will be posted to our Twitter and Facebook pages as well as the Goodreads page for the title with a link back to Food Book Feast.
