Launched in January 2018, Food Book Feast is dedicated to covering both fiction and non-fiction titles with a food-related theme. This includes academic works such as history and cultural theory, as well as cookbooks, children’s books, and all genres of food-themed fiction. We do not cover diet books.

Sheryl Kirby — Publisher/Editor
Sheryl is a food writer from Toronto. Trained at the George Brown College of Hospitality and Culinary Arts, for ten years she ran a catering and event production company that specialized in concerts and music festivals where she got to cook for some of her favourite rock stars. She has spent the last decade writing about the Toronto food scene for publications such as Edible Toronto, The Toronto Star, TAPS, NOW Magazine, and others. She ran the popular (now defunct) restaurant news website TasteTO, and is the author of two novels and a collection of food memoirs.
